Blanc de Blancs is made from Chardonnay & Colombard, giving tones of crispy Granny Smith apples, honey and lime. A youthful and elegant Chardonnay blend with high complexity and delicate bubbles. Blanc de Blancs is matured for 12 months before being gently liberated from alcohol.
The Midnight Ritual
Sophistication doesn't require proof. For the perfect serve, pour 2oz of Midnight Botanical over a single large ice sphere. Stir gently for 30 seconds to allow the aromatics to bloom. Garnish with a singed orange peel to bridge the smoke and the citrus.
