NON 7 Cherries and spices are stewed in the oven for 2 hours to create a jam blend of caramelized cherries. When combined with cold brew coffee, you’re thanked with a grippy mouthfeel and a decadent chocolate finish. Murray River salt provides salinity and creates a moorish sensation and the verjus from Semillon grapes from the Barossa Valley offers up balanced acidity.
