ABV aside, this non-alcoholic beer has a lot in common with their beer beer. Both are made with the same ingredients (barley, oats, yeast, hops, etc.) and the same intent (make something that tastes really good!). As a result, Stay Classy pours just like a beer, with good head retention and soft, pale yellow body. Multiple dry hop additions translate into pronounced hop aromatics and flavours — think citrus zest and yellow grapefruit alongside dank West Coast hop notes for good measure. It’s dry, refreshing and crushable, with a pleasant bitter finish.
The Midnight Ritual
Sophistication doesn't require proof. For the perfect serve, pour 2oz of Midnight Botanical over a single large ice sphere. Stir gently for 30 seconds to allow the aromatics to bloom. Garnish with a singed orange peel to bridge the smoke and the citrus.
