Passion Cocktail

This was a quick recipe I created for cocktail class, the guest did not like the saffron, vanilla, orange blossom flavours. The adjustment was to use Sober Spirits Rum, life saviour. Here is the recipe

1.5 oz Crossip Pineapple
1 oz Sober Spirits Rum
1 oz Crossip Citrus
1/4 oz Caleno Mang Passion Fruit
1 bar spoon passion fruit

And here is the recipe with Everleaf Forest

1 oz Everleaf Forest
1 oz Caleno Mango Passio fruit
1 oz Sober Spirits Rum
1 oz passion fruit puree

Add ice, shake and strain into a rocks or coupe glass
