Hello my name is Gail Lynch, during the COVID pandemic I built a bar and started experimenting with crafting non alcoholic cocktails and voila, the bespoke experience of premium crafted non-alcoholic cocktails was born.

Fast forward 4 years later, join us for "A Different Experience" at 223 Carlton St. in historic Cabbagetown. As someone who does not drink alcohol for the past decade and not having access to a quality drinking experience, it's important that I created a non-alcoholic cocktail bar experience that focused on premium non-alcoholic products crafting bespoke cocktails.
